"MY EXPERIENCE DURING PANDEMIC SITUATION IN TEACHING."

 I am Rajkamal working as an English teacher in  Panchayat Union middle school at erode district in Tamil Nadu. 


In the pandemic situation I provided provision of food items. In our school we teachers created WhatsApp  group for each classes. So that we shared the informations regarding the subjects. I sent  messages regarding the lessons. I also sent audio and video lessons. I shared the YouTube links by that they can get some more informations regarding the lessons. I also instructed the students to watch the kalvi TV, which has been  run by tamilnadu government. I also shared materials regarding NMMS exam.


To show our patriotism we teachers went to school on 26th January to celebrate Republic Day celebration. I gave speech regarding Republic Day. I explained the students the difference between Independence day and Republic Day. We also decorated our school on behalf of it.

The tamilnadu government introduced a non formal education that is called as"karpom ezhudhuvom" program. In that the uneducated people can learn to write.A volunteer has been appointed to do this work as a service. We teachers must supervise them. I went to supervise the people in their living place. I gave instructions and motivation to the people. 


In our erode district we have a NGO named READ they make to learn the  scheduled caste and scheduled tribe students. I am also a  volunteer in it. They teach the students in their living place itself. I went and gave instructions to them to continue their learning process.

In our erode district our CEO sir instructed to give training regarding English phonetics. I was being as a resource person, so that I received 8 days training through Google meet as a Webinar program. Then in our Bhavanisagar block we gave training to nearly 400 teachers as 2 batches through Google meet. There were 15 RP's and 4 technical staff for support. I was co ordinating it. The program was very useful and successful.

I was attending  the district executive meeting be as a vice secretary in teachers welfare association.


I also conducted meeting regarding the problems to be solved for teachers benefit in block level, being as a vice secretary in erode district and secretary in bhavanisagar block.


I also received an award from our general secretary of tamilnadu teachers welfare association for being an active executive person.

The weekend 27-02-2021 & 28-02-2021 there were 2 days holidays. So we planned to go for 2 days trip. The Telungana state participants already planned to go for madikkeri that is called as Coorg now. I have heard that before that it was a very beautiful place. So we thought to join with them. "WANDERING OF A NATURE LOVER"(ONE DAY TRIP - MYSORE)

I like to visit new places and admire the beauty of nature. I am a person who loves the nature very much and also I like to visit many places to see and admire the the beauty of nature of God's creation. Now I got an opportunity to visit the Karnataka state by the training in Regional Institute of English, South India, Bengaluru. At the weekend I utilised the time schedule to visit new places and admire the beauty. I have got a good opportunity to visit many new places. Even our professors advised us to visit many places and explore new things. On 21st Sunday, February 2021, I joined with the PDP training people as they belong to Karnataka state they have plan to go for one day tour, fortunately there was five seats remaining left not yet filled. So I joined with them with my friends. Actually we felt uneasy to join with new people.
