PORTION TAKEN FOR GRADATION: In this text I have taken first five units for the gradation till page no.105. GRADATION: Gradation is a sequence of gradual and systematic progression of successive stage. By doing gradation we can improve the quality and we can fulfill the required skills of the students. It helps us to improve the standard of education by grading it. By gradation we can get the ideas and views to improve the standard of the textbook. Gradation is a successive scale for the improvement. The person who does the gradation also can learn new ideas and methods which are already utilised by others. So it helps in both the ways. I chose this text for the gradation to learn how the other state textbook methods and how the skills are being utilised and also to know new activities and methods which I can utilize in my teaching. The weekend 27-02-2021 & 28-02-2021 there were 2 days holidays. So we planned to go for 2 days trip. The Telungana state participants already planned to go for madikkeri that is called as Coorg now. I have heard that before that it was a very beautiful place. So we thought to join with them. So from tamilnadu 9 members and from Andhra Pradesh 11 members joined with the Telangana participants who were 27. We decided to have a coordinator for each state. Then we booked a bus. I was the coordinator of Tamil Nadu, Srikanth was Coordinator of Telungana and Ramana was Coordinator of Andhra Pradesh. On 26th February,2021 at 11p.m we started the journey with the prayer song.  We reached the hotel at 4:30 a.m. It was full of mist covered. The feel was different and cool. I like to visit new places and admire the beauty of nature. I am a person who loves the nature very much and also I like to visit many places to see and admire the the beauty of nature of God's creation. Now I got an opportunity to visit the Karnataka state by the training in Regional Institute of English, South India, Bengaluru. At the weekend I utilised the time schedule to visit new places and admire the beauty. I have got a good opportunity to visit many new places. Even our professors advised us to visit many places and explore new things. On 21st Sunday, February 2021, I joined with the PDP training people as they belong to Karnataka state they have plan to go for one day tour, fortunately there was five seats remaining left not yet filled.
